Mortgage Brain unveils integrated web platform

Published on

Mortgage Brain has launch Mortgage Brain Hub, an integrated mortgage technology platform designed to bring together sourcing, criteria, affordability, and submissions into a single web-based interface.

The platform allows users to access multiple Mortgage Brain modules with a single login and subscribe to any combination of services. The system also introduces CRM Brain, a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) tool.

FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY

Mortgage Brain Hub incorporates:

  • Sourcing Brain, a mortgage sourcing tool offering faster search results
  • CRM Brain, a system for lead tracking, compliance management, and client engagement
  • Submissions Brain, a standardised lender submission process compatible with CRM and broker systems
  • Affordability Brain, which provides results from over 35 residential lenders through a single form
  • Criteria Brain, a lender-updated tool promising “real-time criteria changes”, set to be available in spring 2025
INDUSTRY FEEDBACK AND FUTURE PLANS

The launch follows feedback from brokers and networks seeking a more streamlined mortgage process with better integration and automation.

Zahid Bilgrami, CEO of Mortgage Brain, said the new platform reflects the company’s focus on efficiency and innovation.

“Technology created to support brokers has become fragmented as more providers enter the market. This has led to brokers having to juggle multiple systems, logins, and tools, which is time-consuming, inefficient and frustrating.

“Mortgage Brain Hub is a response to these frustrations, developed following feedback from brokers and networks who want greater efficiency, integration, and collaboration in the mortgage process. This launch is also a reflection of our commitment to innovation and our vision to drive positive change in the industry.”

Mortgage Brain Hub is now available to subscribers, with additional features such as Criteria Brain set to be rolled out later in 2025.
