Molo adds to South East presence with BDM hire

Molo has appointed Steven Griffiths as business development manager for south-east England.

The lender, which focuses on UK and overseas landlords, said Griffiths will support brokers across the south-east as part of its wider distribution strategy.

Griffiths (pictured) joins with more than 20 years’ experience in mortgage and financial services, spanning B2B sales and intermediary support.

He has previously held roles at Nomo Bank and Morgan Clark Loss Assessors, where he developed experience across specialist lending including buy-to-let, bridging and Sharia-compliant mortgages.

In his new role, he will focus on strengthening relationships with brokers in the region and supporting the lender’s continued growth.

Griffiths said: “I am excited to be joining Molo and to be working alongside such a talented and ambitious distribution team. The business is experiencing strong growth, and I’m looking forward to contributing to that momentum and bringing my experience to support our brokers.

“This is a great opportunity to develop the next chapter of my own career, whilst helping Molo’s continued success.”
