MBT named best affordability tool provider

Mortgage Broker Tools has been named the Best Affordability Tool Provider in the latest Mortgage Lender Benchmark by Smart Money People.

This is the sixth consecutive occasion that MBT has won the award. MBT was the only affordability platform to receive improved feedback from brokers in the latest study, maintaining its first place with even higher levels of satisfaction than have been previously recorded.

Smart Money People’s Mortgage Lender Benchmark is an independent research study conducted every six months, based on more than 3,500 pieces of in-depth qualitative and quantitative feedback from more than 750 brokers.

Tanya Toumadj (pictured), CEO at Mortgage Broker Tools, said: “At MBT, we know that we offer the most accurate and comprehensive affordability tool available in the market, and this latest award from Smart Money People confirms that brokers agree. Not only have we been named Best Affordability Tool Provider for a record sixth time, but we were also the only platform to improve our results in this latest study, as brokers registered their decreased satisfaction with other providers.

“What makes this award even more pleasing is that it demonstrates how quickly MBT has been able to adapt to the rapidly evolving environment in recent months. Our combined focus on ensuring we maintain a commitment to accuracy, whilst building bespoke rules for lenders that have frequently changed their criteria and calculations is testament to the continued dedication of our team and agile approach to technology.”
