Masthaven Secured Loans has made further improvements to its broker support service.

The upgrades have been designed to make the management of ongoing cases easier for brokers and their clients.

Improvements include:

  • Live case tracking through Masthaven’s online portal so status changes are recorded in real time
  • Email sent automatically on receipt of application and at completion
  • Full automation of memos coming straight from the system to enable tracking functionality
  • Automated commission report

Paul Brett (pictured), director of sales at Masthaven Secured Loans, said: “Masthaven is in the business of constantly introducing improvements to its proposition to the broker community.

“Last week we announced a raft of product and pricing enhancements and this week we are pleased to announce increased useability and improvements to the case tracking and case management system.

“Masthaven is all about constant positive change to improve the broker experience.”
