TEAM CHANGES

Within business development, four team members have moved into more senior roles, a step the lender said would strengthen its capacity to support brokers and clients.

Loan management has also seen four promotions across bridging and portfolio management, while the credit function has recorded one promotion into a senior credit position.

Across underwriting, nine colleagues have progressed into more senior roles, including leadership positions and senior underwriter responsibilities covering multiple product areas. The retentions team has seen four promotions, supporting ongoing client relationship management.

The product and data teams have recorded three promotions, aimed at strengthening product development and data analysis capability, while the change team has seen one individual step into a more senior role.
