LMS partners with Houseful brands

Published on

LMS, the provider of conveyancing services, has committed to a five-year strategic partnership with Houseful.

Houseful encompasses a range of brands including Zoopla, Alto, and Yourkeys, which will collaborate with LMS to improve the transaction experience for all stakeholders, including consumers, estate agents, housebuilders, and conveyancers.

The first stage of this partnership is focused on driving reduction in timescales associated with conveyancing, making the journey more streamlined and manageable for all involved via tailored quotes and automated real-time progression updates.

Riccardo Iannucci-Dawson, chief operating officer of software at Houseful, said: “Partnering with LMS to create a streamlined service means that we can provide more of what our customers want and need: efficiency, reliability, and transparency. There is a clear synergy between the impact LMS are achieving within conveyancing and our strategic goals.

“We look forward to working with LMS and seeing our customers’ response to our partnership.”

Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS, added: “At LMS, we’re proud to partner with Houseful and their trusted brands in the property industry, so the partnership is a huge milestone for us and underscores the benefits of what we offer.

“I believe that through this partnership, we can enhance the conveyancing journey for all parties involved. I’m really proud of our joint approach to a new conveyancing management service, but this is just the beginning of a very exciting partnership.”
