This will allow The Marsden to offer their members and brokers access to a fully vetted, open and secure panel of law firms.

Huw Lewis, LMS’ sales and marketing director at LMS, said: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with The Marsden having worked successfully with them over the past few years. Our general panel management service will provide them with a level of management, security and service that is second to none. We look forward to continuing to build a long term and growing relationship with them.”

Steve Robinson, head of lending at Marsden Building Society, said: “LMS are highly commended in their field and consistently deliver excellent service along with market leading risk mitigation strategies.

“Their knowledge and expertise make them an ideal partner for us and I am delighted to extend our working relationship.”
