L&G mortgage club in tie-in with Positive Solutions

Legal & General Mortgage Club has announced a new partnership with Positive Solutions.

Under this new relationship, IFA partners of Positive Solutions will have access to a range of lenders and exclusive mortgage products not previously available to them.

Positive Solutions has over 1,100 IFA partners and mortgage brokers who completed £1.5 billion of lending in 2010.

Peter Coleman, commercial director, Positive Solutions, said: “We have taken time considering what the best approach is for mortgages for our Partners. Following the appointment of Andy Bell as mortgages and general insurance manager we have undertaken a thorough review of our current mortgages and general insurance club.
