L&G Mortgage Club and Smartr365 launch integrated digital solutions for advisers

Published on

L&G Mortgage Club has introduced a fully integrated digital mortgage solution in partnership with Smartr365, aimed at improving efficiency for brokers and enhancing customer outcomes.

The new digital workflow is designed to streamline the mortgage process, reducing administrative tasks for advisers and allowing them to focus more on client needs.

The platform integrates automation, lender connectivity, and embedded referrals to provide brokers with a seamless end-to-end system.

SIMPLIFYING THE MORTGAGE PROCESS

Through Smartr365, advisers can conduct automated and customisable Fact Finds, access L&G Ignite for mortgage sourcing, submit “seamless” Decision in Principle and Full Mortgage Applications, and refer clients to partners including eConveyancer, Uinsure, and Paymentshield via Referral Pro, all under a single login.

This consolidation of services aims to minimise repetitive administrative work, freeing up time for client relationships and business growth.

COMMITMENT TO DIGITAL ENHANCEMENTS

Clare Beardmore, director of distribution and mortgage club at L&G Mortgage Services, said the partnership reflects the club’s focus on improving the mortgage journey for advisers and their clients.

She added: “This year marks our Mortgage Club’s 30th anniversary, and in that time, we’ve always listened to adviser feedback to ensure we have the best possible mortgage process. That’s why we’re enhancing our digital offering, while sticking to the core values of a traditional mortgage club.

“These changes not only enhance the adviser experience with an integrated workflow, but they ultimately deliver more choice and better outcomes for advisers and consumers. This is just the first stage of Mortgage Club’s digital enhancements, and we’re committed to driving even more efficiency for both the advice community and clients it serves — watch this space.”

SUPPORTING BROKER EFFICIENCY

Conor Murphy, CEO and founder of Smartr365, said the partnership reflects the company’s focus on reducing friction in the mortgage process.

He added: “We’re delighted to announce our continued work with L&G, further integrating their Referral Pro services, a move that directly helps brokers work more efficiently. This proposition underscores our commitment to removing friction, empowering brokers, and driving their success.

“Our continued partnership reflects Smartr365’s mission to create a fully automated end-to-end mortgage marketplace.”
