L&G Business Quality Awards submission deadline extended

Published on

Legal & General has announced an extension for entry submissions to its 8th Annual Business Quality Awards (BQAs).

Submissions have now been extended from 5 October until Friday 12 October. Launched in 2011, the awards recognise Intermediaries who have demonstrated best practice in customer service and who have shown a proven commitment to retaining clients in the protection business.

Entries should include facts, figures, customer feedback and a description of how your business stands out from the crowd. All submissions should relate to activities introduced or developed over the last 12 months. As in previous years, the categories will be judged on the quality of the entry plus a series of performance metrics determined by Legal & General’s Distribution Quality Management team.

Winners will be announced at a special awards ceremony, which will take place between 11am and 3pm on Thursday, 7 February at One Coleman Street (8th Floor), London, EC2R 5AA.

Craig Brown, director of intermediary, Legal & General Insurance, said: “Due to the huge volume of entries we have received, we’ve decided to extend this year’s deadline to allow those who have not yet had a chance to enter to do so.

“The Business Quality Awards continues to grow in popularity and the standard of applications always increases year on year. We’re excited to receive even more entries and look forward to hosting our finalists and celebrating their hard work next year.”
