Portfolio management platform Lendlord has launched a new partnership with online letting agent, Accommodation.co.uk.

The partnership will enable landlord users of Lendlord to list their properties to let via the Lendlord app using the Accommodation.co.uk platform.

Aviram Shahar (pictured), CEO at Lendlord, said: “Lendlord is an online platform designed to help landlord’s make the most of their property investment and a key element to a successful buy to let investment is obviously securing the right tenants at the right price.

“This partnership with Accommodation.co.uk will make it easy for our users to list their properties on the online letting agent and we are planning further synergies to benefit users of both platforms in the future.”

Aaron Short, CEO at Accommodation.co.uk, added: “We are excited to be partnering with Lendlord as it offers a perfect collaboration between our market leading technologies. Landlords using the Lendlord platform can now benefit from our unique hybrid model to manage their properties and source the best tenants simply and efficiently.”
