Landbay has appointed Scott Leach as regional account manager for the Midlands as the buy-to-let lender continues to add to its broker support team.

Leach (pictured) joins from Kensington Mortgages and will work with brokers across the region, advising on Landbay’s buy-to-let proposition and helping intermediaries place cases with the lender.

He brings more than 10 years of experience in specialist lending and business development to the role. Landbay said he has also held positions at Clever Lending.

The lender said Leach will focus on helping brokers navigate criteria, identify opportunities and place cases for landlord clients.
