Knowledge Bank teams up with Brilliant Solutions for specialist lending cases

Published on

Knowledge Bank has formed a partnership with specialist mortgage packager Brilliant Solutions as demand for specialist lending support continues to increase among mortgage brokers.

The partnership aims to give advisers access to additional specialist expertise as they deal with more complex client cases across a wider range of lending sectors.

According to Knowledge Bank, broker search activity on its criteria platform shows increasing demand for information relating to adverse credit, limited company borrowing, second charge mortgages, bridging finance and commercial lending.

The business said the trend reflects the growing number of clients whose circumstances fall outside traditional lending criteria, requiring brokers to identify more specialist funding solutions.

Under the partnership, brokers using Knowledge Bank will be able to access Brilliant Solutions’ specialist lending expertise to help place more complex cases.

Shane Chawatama, sales director at Knowledge Bank, said: “Today’s brokers are dealing with increasingly diverse and complex client scenarios.

“The data we’re seeing across Knowledge Bank shows growing demand for specialist lending solutions, with brokers searching more frequently for criteria relating to adverse credit, limited company structures, second charge mortgages, bridging finance and commercial lending.

“Brokers have embraced this challenge, continually seeking the best outcomes for their clients. However, identifying the right lender is only part of the process. Access to specialist expertise and support is equally important, which is why we’re delighted to be partnering with Brilliant Solutions.”

Michael Craig, managing director at Brilliant Solutions, added: “At Brilliant Solutions, we firmly believe that no broker or client should feel they have to navigate specialist lending alone.

“That’s why we’re delighted to be partnering with Knowledge Bank, a business that shares our passion for supporting advisers in delivering the very best outcomes for their customers.

“The lending landscape is becoming increasingly complex, with more clients requiring specialist solutions across adverse credit, limited company borrowing, second charges, bridging, commercial finance and later life lending.

“We pride ourselves on supporting brokers and their clients with every type of specialist lending requirement, helping them access expertise, lender relationships and practical guidance to place cases with confidence.

“Our philosophy has always been simple – Good Alone. Brilliant Together. By combining Knowledge Bank’s outstanding criteria technology with Brilliant’s specialist packaging expertise, we’re giving brokers the tools, knowledge and support they need to say ‘yes’ to more clients and grow their businesses with confidence.”
