Kent Reliance added to Personal Touch panel

Published on

Kent Reliance has become the latest addition to Personal Touch’s lender panel.

The lender, which is part of OneSavings Bank, has as proposition focused on unconventional clients that don’t fit the criteria of mainstream lenders. It manually underwrites every case and operates a flexible lending strategy reviewing each case on its merits.

Vikki Jefferies (pictured), head of propositions at Personal Touch, said: “The average mortgage customer has changed significantly in recent years. Changes in the way we work and the way we earn has meant standard, one size fits all mortgages don’t work for every customer.
“Lenders like Kent Reliance are leading the way in catering for the complex needs of today’s borrowers and I am delighted our brokers will now be able to access their bespoke solutions.”
