Kensington raises maximum loan ceilings

Kensington has doubled its maximum loan size to £1 million.

It has also increased its maximum loan for first-time buyers to £500,000.

The specialist lender said the move followed feedback from intermediaries who have requested that Kensington adopt its so-called “intelligent approach to lending”” with larger mortgages.
