Julian Harris has chosen Brilliant Solutions as its preferred distributor of specialist lending.

All of the Julian Harris ARs will have access to the Brilliant Solutions range of specialist products including specialist/complex prime mortgages, secured loans, bridging, specialist commercial lenders and debt solutions which compliment its direct Brilliant Mortgage Club.

Matthew Arena, managing director of Brilliant Solutions, said: “We have been in discussions with Julian Harris for some time and we are delighted to have been chosen as their preferred distributor.

“One of the determining factors in Brilliant Solutions achieving this status is the fact that we can give the Network detailed Management Information across the full range of products and we can clearly demonstrate that we do not have any product bias. We just want to get the best product or combination of solutions for the client.

“Julian Harris, CEO of Julian Harris Network, said he was very pleased to have a special relationship with Brilliant Solutions, “as they provide facilities for the placement of more difficult mortgage cases that complement the easy to place prime cases.  Their staff are very helpful and offers a profitable, efficient and effective solution for our advisers and their clients,” he said.
