John Charcol renews conveyancing contract with Optimus

Published on

John Charcol has signed a new contract with Optimus, following a successful year working with its conveyancing panel management services.

The Optimus conveyancing panel management service provides John Charcol with access to a fixed-priced and high-performing group of solicitors. This enables John Charcol to obtain quotes and manage the legal conveyancing requirement by using Optimus’ panel.

Lisa Walklin-Knight, operations director at John Charcol, said: “We’ve had a really positive experience using the Optimus conveyancing platform. Their services have allowed us to create conveyancing instructions seamlessly and quickly using an unparalleled panel of solicitors.”

Alan Young, managing director at Optimus, added: “Conveyancing is notoriously fraught with problems and delays, mainly through a lack of understanding and poor communication. Through building strong relationships with our panel of solicitors we aim to not only make the brokers’ job as easy as possible, but to help improve efficiencies across the market.

“We are delighted John Charcol have renewed their contract with us. The partnership will help us achieve our combined vision for better collaboration across the industry.”
