Introducer service unveiled by Select & Protect

Published on

Select & Protect has launched a new introducer service.

Intermediaries can now register to allow Select & Protect to pass their home insurance customers to its agent team.

The team will then make contact with the client to discuss their insurance needs at a preferred time.

The service is free to use and pays commission on every sale Select & Protect make on the introducer’s behalf every year for as long as the policy stays in force.

“For the past year we have been refining the introducer process to give both the intermediary and customer a high quality experience that is expected from an Insurance company that has been in business for almost 30 years,” explained Bruce Reid, managing director of Select & Protect.

“A simple registration and referral process together with service enhancements that include an email telling the introducer every time we have made contact with their client are just examples of a series of developments that have been delivered as a result of understanding exactly what a broker would want to see when they entrust their clients to Select & Protect.

“The telephone agents at Select & Protect have been highly trained and when combined with the innovative quote platform that offers a choice of home insurance products from a panel of insurers, we firmly believe we can add real value to the intermediary’s business.”
