Internet banking down at first direct

First direct’s internet banking is temporarily unavailable.

The direct-only bank says it is working as fast as possible to fix the unstated issue.

In a statement to customers, first direct said: “We hope you can be patient with us and in the meantime if you need to do any of your banking please contact us on the normal customer number 08465 100 100.
