HomeOwners Alliance appoints Sarah Tucker as lead mortgage commentator

Published on

HomeOwners Alliance has partnered with property and mortgage expert Sarah Tucker, who will become the organisation’s principal voice on mortgage commentary and consumer advice.

The partnership will see Tucker provide mortgage analysis and media commentary, alongside producing consumer-focused content including video updates and live webinars.

Tucker, who has built a national profile across television, radio and social media, will work alongside HomeOwners Alliance chief executive Paula Higgins, who will continue to lead the organisation’s policy and campaigning work.

The organisation said the collaboration is intended to combine market commentary with its wider work on housing issues affecting homeowners and first-time buyers.

Tucker (pictured, right) said: “I’m passionate about helping people feel confident and informed when it comes to mortgages and the wider property journey. HomeOwners Alliance has an incredible track record of campaigning on the issues that really matter to homeowners, and I’m really excited to be working together.

“By combining our expertise, we can support even more people with clear, practical advice and help them make better decisions at every stage.”

Higgins (pictured, left) added: “Sarah is one of the most dynamic and engaging voices in the property and mortgage market today. Her ability to explain what’s happening and what it means for people is exactly what homeowners and aspiring homeowners need.

“Bringing her expertise together with our advice, campaigning and policy work means we can offer even stronger support and advice to homeowners and buyers, and continue to push for improvements across the housing market.”

As part of the partnership, Tucker will contribute regular mortgage commentary and analysis across the HomeOwners Alliance website and media channels.
