Hampton Mortgage Servicing selects Phoebus Software

Hampton Mortgage Servicing (HMS) has agreed a three year contract with Phoebus Software Ltd (PSL).

HMS provides a specialist administration and servicing platform for shared equity and second charge mortgage portfolios.

The implementation will involve the migration of its existing book onto the Phoebus cloud based platform.

Richard Pike (pictured), PSL’s sales and marketing director, said: “Hampton Mortgage Servicing is a notable client win for PSL, achieved through our solid reputation as an effective market leader in the provision of servicing software as well as great client engagement.

“The Phoebus servicing solution via the cloud will provide Hampton Mortgage Servicing with a highly flexible and reliable solution.”
