Five governors join ifs School of Finance

The ifs School of Finance has announced five senior appointments to its board of governors.

They are Antony Jenkins, chief executive of Global Retail Banking at Barclays Chris Sullivan, chief executive of corporate banking at RBS Brendan Cook, general manager and head of retail banking and wealth management at HSBC Dr Christine Braddock, principal and chief executive of Birmingham Metropolitan College, and David Nicholson, managing director of Halifax Community Bank, part of Lloyds Banking Group.

Dr. Paul Fisher from the Bank of England joined the educational charity as chairman earlier this year. He is executive director for markets and a member of the Monetary Policy Committee.
