New hire

First Complete has appointed David Bartley as a regional sales director.

Bartley will be based in Glasgow and is tasked with helping First Complete members to grow and develop their businesses.

His other aim is to increase the number of firms in the network.

Bartley has been in financial services for over 30 years, most recently he was at Sesame Bankhall Group for eight years as its senior business manager in the north.

He said: “I was attracted to First Complete due to its exciting growth plans for the future. The financial strength of LSL provides a secure platform for the business to expand and it’s clear that First Complete has capitalised on this, going from strength to strength over the last two years. This gives me a really good base to help First Complete to increase its market share.”

Toni Smith, First Complete’s sales operations director, added: “With David’s excellent track record he will be a real asset to our members.

“He has a history of helping firms of advisers to develop and grow which in turn attracts new firms who want to benefit from the help and assistance that he can offer.”
