Fintel Services launches Omni Mortgage Club

Published on

Fintel Services has launched Omni Mortgage Club, a whole-of-market mortgage club intended to expand broker support and product access.

The club will operate alongside the division’s existing mortgage club, Simplybiz Mortgages, and has been developed to support advisers in what Fintel described as an increasingly complex lending market.

Omni Mortgage Club will provide intermediaries with access to a “comprehensive” lender panel, technology tools and self-service options, including dashboards for advisers and firms.

The proposition will also include compliance and ancillary resources, alongside training modules, business support functions and one-to-one business reviews.

Fintel Services said the club was designed to allow firms to manage their club relationship in the way that best suits them, with both digital self-service models and wider support functions available.

Advisers and firms have been invited to register interest in joining the club through the Omni Mortgage Club website.

The proposition has been developed with foundation partners, whose input was used alongside adviser feedback to shape the initial service.

Fintel Services said the launch reflected its continued focus on raising professional standards, delivering value to the intermediary market and supporting better outcomes.

Martin Reynolds (pictured), chief executive officer of Omni Mortgage Club, said: “Omni Mortgage Club represents an important evolution in the support we offer to the intermediary community. By collaborating closely with our foundation partners and inviting advisers to help shape the proposition from the outset, we ensured the club was built around what the market truly needs.

“Today’s launch is just stage one of the Club as we continue to work with our partners to deliver a modern, flexible, and adviser-centric service that adds real value and strengthens the vital role brokers play in helping customers secure the right outcomes.”

David Morris, managing director of mortgages at Santander, added: “The mortgage market is constantly evolving, and intermediary distribution forms a crucial part of this evolution. I look forward to working with Omni Mortgage Club as they bring their new club to market.”
