FHL partners with L&G Mortgage Club

Foundation Home Loans (FHL) has announced a new partnership with Legal & General’s Mortgage Club.

L&G Mortgage Club has been operating for over 21 years and completes nearly one in five mortgages written in the UK. The Club has been responsible for over £320 billion of mortgages since it launched.

L&G Mortgage Club members can access FHL’s core range of buy-to-let products directly and have direct access to TED, FHL’s online portal.

Simon Bayley, FHL’s commercial director, said: “L&G Mortgage Club is one of the most successful and established conduits for intermediaries to gain access to lenders and their products.

“We are looking forward to welcoming their members to FHL, our full product range and the dynamic service we offer.”
