The FSA has cancelled the permissions of Soner Enver, trading as Premier Mortgages Direct.

Enver was based in Romford, Essex.

The regulator gave Enver final notice about a decision to cancel the permission granted to carry on regulated activities because of unpaid fees. Enver owed £1,604.06, despite repeated requests to pay up.

In the letter to Enver, John Kirby from the FSA’s enforcement and financial crime division, wrote: “This failing
