eConveyancer launches partnership with New Leaf

eConveyancer has embarked upon a panel management partnership with New Leaf Distribution.

New Leaf is a boutique network of 250 advisers. The business has been privately owned for almost two decades and promises its members “true independence.”

The partnership will provide all New Leaf advisers with access to eConveyancer’s panel of more than 70 audited and benchmarked conveyancing firms, as well additional benefits through its platform.

These features include DigitalMove, which brings together key stakeholders in the homebuying and selling process, with a digital journey that improves communication and reduces transaction times. It also includes Rapid Remortgage, which has been designed to make remortgaging just as quick and convenient as a product transfer.

Karen Rodrigues (pictured), director of sales at eConveyancer, said: “Our business is built on successful partnerships and every one of those partnerships gives brokers and their clients access to a panel of conveyancers that is continually monitored and managed to maintain the best possible service standards. On top of this, eConveyancer features cutting edge technology and features like DigitalMove and Rapid Remortgage.

“We continue to invest in developing this technology to enhance the experience of buying, selling and owning a property for all stakeholders, and this provides ongoing benefits for all of our partners.”

Daniel Hobbs, managing director at New Leaf Distribution, added: “We’re really delighted to launch this new partnership with eConveyancer, which will help our advisers and their clients to take greater control over the conveyancing process, which is such an important part of any mortgage transaction. eConveyancer has a great reputation for market leading service and technology and we are looking forward to a rewarding relationship.”
