Glasgow based Development Finance Ltd have announced a one year sponsorship deal with up and coming golfer Callum Trahan.

Trahan (pictured), 24 and originally from Banchory, started golfing when he was 14 at Inchmarlo Golf Club in Aberdeenshire. Having played on the Scottish and British amateur circuit for five years, Trahan turned professional at the start of 2013 and started playing on the Spanish Gecko Tour.

Now on his second year in the Europro Tour and also competing in some events on the Challenge Tour, Trahan is now based out of Gleneagles and hopes to build on his previous success.

David Levitus, director at Development Finance, said: “Callum is an exceptional young golfer who we want to support as he furthers his career, we are committed to working with him for the next one year and wish him every success.”

The sponsorship deal includes Development Finance Ltd branding on Trahan’s golf bag, polo shirts and car.
