Debtors need personal attention: TCF

Intermediary debt advice specialist, TCF Debt Solutions says customers want to talk to someone who is prepared to listen to their story, not just who will offer professional advice. Its survey of introducers revealed that people with debt problems really need the chance to talk, says managing director Andy Moody.
