Crown appoints commercial property surveyor

Crown Mortgage Management has announced its appointment of John Hadcroft as commercial property surveyor.

He will be joining the asset management division of the UK residential and commercial mortgage servicer.

Hadcroft joins Crown from Surveyors Arnolds Keys LLP and Arnolds and is a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) with 20 years’ experience valuing commercial property for capital and rental purposes in standard market sectors.

Andrew Doyle, interim chief executive for Crown Mortgage Management, said: “We are delighted to welcome John to Crown. He brings the expertise of a Chartered Surveyor to our team and will play a major role in delivering solutions to our clients while also carrying out due diligence across new portfolios of commercial assets/loans.”
