Coventry for intermediaries unveils residential fixed rate cuts

Coventry for intermediaries has cut selected residential fixed rates by up to 30 basis points (bps).

The reductions are available for new and existing customers.

Two, three and five-year fixed rate products are available, with options from 65% to 95% loan to value (LTV).

Highlights include:

  • 4.88% five-year fixed rate to 30/11/29, 85% LTV with £500 cashback – available for first time buyers
  • 4.89% two-year fixed rate to 30/11./26, 75% LTV with £999 product fee – available for existing customers
