Coventry for Intermediaries cuts five-year rates

Coventry for Intermediaries has reduced rates across its residential five-year fixed range from 50% to 90% LTV by up to 0.24 percentage points.

Deals include the following:

  •  1.79% (reduced from 1.95%) five-year fixed until 30.09.22, 50% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.09.22 with a £999 product fee
  •  2.19% (reduced from 2.35%) five-year Flexx fixed until 30.09.22, 75% LTV, no ERCs with a £499 product fee
  •  2.99% (reduced from 3.09%) five-year fixed until 30.09.22, 90% LTV, ERCs payable to 30.09.22 and no product fee

Kevin Purvey, director of intermediaries, said: “With reductions of up to 0.24% [sic], our five-year fixed residential range is now even better. In addition to competitive rates and a range of LTVs and fees available, all of our products are application fee free and include a valuation of up to £670 for residential mortgages.

“We’re confident that our improved range will be welcomed by brokers and their clients looking for the stability of a long term fixed rate.”
