Countrywide unveils conveyancing team for new builds

Countrywide Conveyancing Services has established a specialist new build conveyancing team.

The new team includes lawyers and key account executives who act as the dedicated point of contact for the site office, with the aim to ensure that deadlines are adhered to and the requirements of the developer and the purchasers are met. They will provide real time updates via a 24-hour website tracking facilities, with text and e-mail updates on key stages.

Sue Spurgeon, chief operating officer for Countrywide Conveyancing Services, said: “The new homes market has changed radically in the last few years and has been provided a lifeline by the Government with the various new build initiatives currently in place.
