Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has reported an 88% year-on-year increase in instructions as it marks two years in business.
The company, which launched in September 2024, said the number of registered mortgage brokers using its platform had risen by 75% over the past year, from 2,400 to 4,200.
The number of broker firms instructing conveybuddy increased by almost 78%, from 580 at the end of its first year to 1,030 at the end of its second.
Overall instructions rose by 88% in the second quarter of 2026 compared with the same period in 2025. Transactional instructions increased by 86%, remortgage instructions by 83% and survey instructions by 123%.
Conveybuddy estimated that 52% of instructions were handled by law firms fully integrated with its platform when the business launched. That proportion is now close to 90%, giving advisers greater visibility of cases.
The company has also expanded its panel of conveyancing firms, added survey instructions and developed its All Inclusive Remortgage service, which combines the costs involved into a single price.
It said Mark Game, sales director, and Amy Innes, operations director, had played key roles in expanding and refining the business. Conveybuddy plans to invest further in its team, technology, panel relationships and adviser support over the next 12 months.
Harpal Singh, chief executive at conveybuddy, said: “Two years has gone incredibly quickly, and while we’re obviously very pleased with the growth we’ve achieved, the most important thing for us is what sits behind those numbers and why increasing numbers of advisers are choosing to use us.
“We’ve always tried to keep the proposition straightforward. Brokers and their clients want value for money, they want to know what they are going to pay from the outset without additional fees appearing later, and they want proper service and support when they need it.
“Those principles were important when we launched and, judging by the feedback we receive from brokers, they are even more important today.
“The All Inclusive Remortgage is a good example of how we’ve developed by listening to advisers. Brokers told us they wanted one price which included everything, without nasty surprises further down the line, so that is what we delivered.
“The fact remortgage instructions are up 83% year-on-year suggests that approach is resonating.
“We’ve also invested heavily in integration because advisers shouldn’t have to spend their time repeatedly chasing for updates or entering information which already exists elsewhere.
“We estimate around 52% of our instructions went through integrated law firms when we launched, whereas today that figure is close to 90%, and we intend to keep moving that forward.
“It’s important to celebrate this two-year anniversary and the landmarks we have hit during that time, but we’re not standing still.
“We’re committed to strengthening our business development team significantly over the next 12 months because we believe there is considerable scope to work with many more advisers and firms, plus we will focus more resource on developing distributor relationships to reach a wider audience.
“We never want to take a broker or an instruction for granted, and I’d genuinely like to thank everyone who has supported us during these first two years.
“Whether somebody has instructed one case or hundreds, every single case counts, and that is not going to change as the business grows.”
Conveybuddy is also running daily prize draws for registered advisers throughout September, with each submitted instruction qualifying as an entry.
