Conveyancing Association welcomes ntitle as latest affiliate member

The Conveyancing Association has announced that title investigation specialists ntitle have joined as its newest affiliate member.

Founded by Nicola Ashley and Nicola Davies, ntitle is the only UK business offering a dedicated outsourced service in title investigation. The company delivers accurate, buyer-ready title investigations and a full list of compliant enquiries to conveyancing firms in England and Wales within 48 hours, using a combination of technology and sector expertise.

The firm says its service enables conveyancers to change the way they manage and deliver transactions without compromising on speed or quality.

Affiliate membership of the Conveyancing Association provides benefits including access to member firms, networking opportunities, the use of CA branding and attendance at industry events. Ntitle will also be present at the CA’s Annual Conference & Dinner at The Belfry in February 2026.

Nicola Ashley, co-founder of ntitle, said: “Joining the CA as an affiliate member is a natural next step for ntitle. Our service is designed to help conveyancing firms work smarter and deliver faster, more accurate outcomes for their clients – goals that closely align with the CA’s priorities.

“We are excited to connect with its high-quality member firms, share our expertise, outline the full range of title investigation services we offer and collaborate across key workstreams to help shape the future of conveyancing.”

Nicky Heathcote, non-executive chair of the Conveyancing Association, added: “We are very pleased to welcome ntitle as the latest affiliate member of the CA. Becoming an affiliate provides access to our network of high-quality conveyancing firms and the opportunity to engage directly with the sector’s leading operators.

“Ntitle’s expertise in title investigation will be an excellent addition as we continue to collaborate across our key workstreams, from improving efficiency and service delivery to driving innovation throughout the conveyancing process.

“We look forward to working closely with the ntitle team, both at our events and within our various working groups, to deliver meaningful benefits for our members and to continue championing improvements that support firms and their clients.”
