Compliance platforms unite as Simplified.ID in strategic rebrand

Published on

Professional Office, Sanction Search and ValidID have been brought together under a single brand as their parent business looks to present a more unified compliance and identity proposition to regulated firms.

The new name, Simplified.ID, marks the formal consolidation of the three established platforms into one identity, in what the business describes as a brand evolution rather than an operational overhaul.

The move is intended to reflect the company’s longer-term strategy to streamline compliance and identity verification services for clients operating across regulated sectors, including property and financial services.

NO CHANGE TO SYSTEMS OR PRICING

Under the new structure, Professional Office, Sanction Search and ValidID will now operate exclusively as Simplified.ID, with services accessed via the simplified.id website.

The firm said existing functionality, workflows and stored data will remain unchanged, with no impact on pricing for current customers. Clients will also continue to work with the same team.

Simplified.ID provides sanctions searches, enhanced due diligence, company lookups, identity verification, DBS checks, and politically exposed person and adverse media screening. The business positions its offering around accuracy, automation and risk reduction, supporting organisations that need to maintain regulatory standards and robust audit trails.

In an environment where compliance requirements continue to tighten for property professionals, lenders and advisers, the company said the rebrand is designed to offer greater clarity around its combined capabilities.

Chris Clare, founder & CEO, said: “Our new identity represents where we are today and where we are heading.

“By bringing our solutions together under one brand, we create greater clarity for our users, while reinforcing our commitment to innovation, compliance excellence, and trusted service.”

The company stressed that the transition represents a change in brand only, with no alteration to systems, service delivery, support structures or product capability.
