Complete FS, the South Coast based intermediary dedicated packager distributor, has announced the arrival of Steph Bowyer.

Bowyer, who has been a qualified mortgage adviser since October 2000, joins the company to bring her skills in new business placement to Complete’s introducers.

She has previously worked at Chelsea Building Society, Britannia and Woolwich and been a branch manager at Santander with 12 staff reporting to her.

Complete FS director Tony Salentino believes the firm’s strategy of managed expansion is proving very successful.

He said: “New business levels are running at their highest level since 2008, but we were always determined to ensure that we invested only in attracting the best to work for us as we expanded.

“The ‘quality before quantity’ approach has stood us in good stead and Steph’s arrival is another example of only picking the best when we wanted to expand. With her vast experience, she will add real value to the sales team.”

Bowyer added: “I have worked for some of the best known names in the lending industry and am delighted to join Complete FS. Their attitude to their introducing brokers is refreshingly professional and their commitment to service excellence through their code of conduct, demonstrates a real desire to support the regulator, client, intermediary and lender.

“In addition their relationships with lenders are the best I have seen. I am looking forward to working with Complete’s brokers to place their specialist, complex and buy-to-let cases.”
