Commercial specialist joins Largemortgageloans.com

Largemortgageloans.com has made a new appointment to its senior management team.

Charles Ayton joins as a senior partner with 27 years’ experience at Lloyds Bank.

He has worked predominantly in the private and commercial banking divisions, most recently leading the personal banking business across the UK for LLoyds’ high net worth commercial customers.

He joins Largemortgageloans.com to help grow the group’s commercial division and will also assist with complex high net worth commercial lending cases. This will cover development & mezzanine finance, bridging loans and large buy-to-let portfolios.

Paul Welch, the firm’s CEO and founder, said: “I am delighted to have Charles on board. We have exciting plans in regards to growing our commercial lending base even further, and his added expertise will be key in growing our group to the next level.”

Welch added “Largemortgageloans.com is actively recruiting and we plan on employing further staff over the coming six months.”
