CML welcomes new associate member

Groundsure Ltd has joined the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) as a new associate.

The firm is a supplier of environmental and flood risk searches, and has been providing its services in the legal, financial and property markets for the last 10 years.

Groundsure is seventh firm to join the CML as an associate this year, and the organisation now has 113 members and 87 associates.

The firm says it “informs clients on issues associated with contaminated land, flood risk and planning” and delivers “environmental due diligence and a wide range of reporting formats tailored to specific sectors.”
