Clydesdale ups residential and buy-to-let rates

Clydesdale Bank is increasing rates on a range of its mortgage products.

The changes are taking place on Wednesday 23 October.

The details are as follows:

Core residential:

Selected 2 and 5 year 65-80% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.25%.

Exclusives:

Product Transfer 65% LTV 2-year fixed rate will be increased by 0.20%.

Selected Remortgage 2 and 5-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%.

Selected Purchase 5-year 80-85% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%.

Large Loan 2 and 5-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.25%.

Professional products:

Selected 2 and 5-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20%.

Residential discount offset:

2-year discount offset rates will be increased by 0.25%.

Buy-to-let products:

5-year 60-75% LTV fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.10%.
