Clydesdale Bank to cut selected residential rates

Clydesdale Bank will reduce rates across a number of its residential mortgage products from Wednesday 23 July, with cuts of up to 0.22% applying to both core and exclusive ranges.

Within its core residential range, which includes product transfers, selected two and five-year fixed rates at 65% to 80% loan-to-value will see reductions of up to 0.22%.

In the exclusives range, the lender is trimming its 90% LTV two-year purchase exclusive by 0.03%.

Existing customers on product transfers at 65% LTV and 50% to 75% LTV will also benefit, with cuts of up to 0.16% and 0.10% respectively on two and five-year fixed rate options.
