Clydesdale Bank reduces rates across multiple product ranges

Clydesdale Bank has implemented a series of mortgage rate reductions, effective today (5 February 2025).

The changes apply to selected residential, large loan, product transfer, and professional mortgage products, offering lower rates for borrowers across various categories.

Key Changes:

CORE PRODUCT RANGE
  • Selected 2 and 5-year Large Loan and Interest Only residential rates have been reduced by up to 0.28%.
PRODUCT TRANSFER
  • Selected 2 and 5-year fee and fee offer residential Product Transfer rates have been reduced by up to 0.18%.
EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS
  • 75% and 80% LTV 2 and 5-year residential Remortgage Exclusive rates have been lowered by up to 0.10%.
  • Selected 2 and 5-year residential Large Loan Exclusive rates have been cut by up to 0.28%.
  • 65% residential Product Transfer Exclusive rates have been reduced by up to 0.16%.
PROFESSIONAL RANGE
  • 65% LTV 2 and 5-year rates have seen reductions of up to 0.24%.

These changes present an opportunity for borrowers to secure lower rates whether purchasing, remortgaging, or transferring an existing product.
