Clydesdale Bank cuts selection of residential mortgage rates

Clydesdale Bank is reducing the rates on a series of its mortgage products.

The reductions will take place on Tuesday 30 July.

The changes are as follows:

Core residential:

Selected two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.12% starting from 4.34%.

Exclusive remortgage products:

Selected two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.10% starting from 4.44%.

Exclusive purchase products:

Selected two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.07% starting from 4.56%.

Exclusive large loan products:

Selected two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.12% starting from 4.50%.

Professional products:

Selected two and five-year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.32% starting from 4.57%.

In addition, the bank is also launching a Newly Qualified Professional two-year 95% LTV fixed rate.
