CLSQ has outlined details of a free live roundtable webinar for insurers, adjustors and lenders with practical information on how they can boost property flood resilience for their customers.

Taking place on Tuesday 5 March, the ‘Addressing property flood risk head-on’ webinar will feature former Aviva head of technical claims, Graham Brogden; Ian Gibbs from Sedgwick Loss Adjustors and Aaron Jones, a property flood resilience specialist.

They will shine a light on the present flood risk challenges facing UK properties and the options available to counter them.

The webinar has been designed to empower and inform anyone with a vested interest in property flood risk, fostering a collective commitment to building a more resilient future. CLSQ believes the webinar is particularly relevant for professionals and organisations actively involved in the provision of insurance and loss adjustment for residential and commercial property, as well as lenders that want to offer greater certainty and support to their customers and to better forecast and protect against the risks involved in property lending.

It will provide practical information on how to enable organisations to offer industry leading standards in flood resilience to customers and empowering knowledge of flood risk management.

Aaron Jones, director at Ashfield Solutions Group and Flood and climate change lead at D-Risk Group, says: “Increasing incidence of flooding in the UK presents a growing risk to property – so what steps can be taken to make property more flood resilient?

“This engaging live webinar will include insights into the latest data-driven approaches that can help to reduce the overall risk profile of properties in flood prone areas, with practical information on how insurers and loss adjusters can directly utilise these solutions themselves.
