CDS Group appoints BDM

Ivan Grisedale

CDS Group has appointed Ivan Grisedale as business development manager (BDM) for London and the South of England.

Grisedale (pictured) will report directly to sales director Ian Merriman.

He will be responsible for promoting TheCore mortgage sourcing system and the recently launched Microsoft-based ClientCore CRM solution.

“We are very pleased to welcome Ivan to the CDS team,” said Merriman. “Ivan has a strong technology background and a wealth of industry experience in a number of advisory and sales roles in the mortgage and general insurance sector. Because of this he is very well placed to know what technology mortgage brokers genuinely need to support this business and can help us promote the benefits of our sourcing and CRM solutions.”

Grisedale added: “It’s an exciting time to join CDS as I believe that TheCore mortgage sourcing system is streets ahead of existing solutions in the market. As a former broker I know the frustrations that come from having slow or incorrect product results or being constrained by the inflexibility of a sourcing system. That’s not the case with TheCore and I can’t wait to show intermediaries just how good a modern system can be.”
