Castle Trust has appointed Guy Davis to the position of head of customer service.

He spent the last five years as an independent consultant with Tesco Bank, CapQuest and Eversheds and also recently managed the launch project for Castle Trust.

Davis has also previously held roles which include director of mortgage servicing at Globalhomeloans and customer services director at Firstdirect.

He will be responsible for the customer service received by both investors in HouSAs and homeowners borrowing through a Partnership Mortgage.

“With over 30 years’ experience in financial services and having been heavily involved in our launch project, Guy fully understands the Castle Trust proposition,” said Martyn Guerin, Castle Trust’s chief operating officer.

“He is ideally suited to making sure we deliver both HouSAs and Partnership Mortgages to our customers with the best level of service possible.”

Davis added: “I am excited to join Castle Trust at a time when the mortgage industry desperately needs innovation.

“HouSAs and Partnership Mortgages can offer customers an alternative form of investment and I’m looking forward to working with our partners to help bring them to the market.”
