CAL relocates to larger Woking headquarters to support growth ambitions

Panel management firm CAL has moved to new offices in central Woking as it continues to expand its client base and workforce.

CAL, part of Movera, has relocated its Woking office to Goldvale House, citing the need for larger premises and improved facilities to support the next stage of its growth.

The business, which operates the Broker Conveyancing and Agent Conveyancing brands, was founded in Woking in 2002 and has retained its presence in the town throughout its development into a major panel management provider.

The new office offers increased workspace and upgraded meeting facilities, providing additional capacity for the growing team while improving access for brokers, estate agents and other business partners.

Situated close to Woking’s mainline railway station, the location offers transport links to London and across the South East and South West.

CAL said the move also aligns with its environmental objectives as it works towards Net Zero status. Goldvale House includes sustainability-focused features such as energy-efficient lighting and electric vehicle charging points.

Mark Tosetti, chief executive officer at CAL, said: “Given the growth of the business over the past two years, both in terms of our client base and our team, it is important that our office space reflects our ambitions and provides an environment where our people can do their best work to support brokers and agents whatever their needs.

“Remaining in Woking was important to us, and this new space will support the next phase of evolution while ensuring we maintain our local roots.

“The team and I are excited to welcome our broker, agents and law firms into this space with us where possible, allowing us to collaborate more closely with clients and continue to build those all-important relationships.”

CAL said the relocation reflects the company’s continued expansion and provides a base designed to accommodate future growth while maintaining its long-standing connection with Woking.
