BusinessInsuranceLine.co.uk, a new insurance quotes helpline and website, has been launched for buy-to-let property owners.

For those that rent out residential property, the policy can be tailored specifically according to their needs, whether they need buildings insurance or cover for loss of rent and landlord’s contents.

The policy can also be extended to include cover for repossession costs or loss of rental income.

Standard Cover includes:

  • Property Owners’ Liability
  • Buildings
  • Accidental damage included
  • Contents in communal areas – various levels of cover available
  • Loss of rent and Alternative Accommodation
  • Specialist Commercial Legal Expenses

Users can access quotes from providers including LV, Am Trust, AXA and Ageas.

Lisa Wilkins, business development director, BusinessInsuranceLine.co.uk, said: “BusinessInsuranceLine.co.uk has been set up to help all independent businesses get the best insurance policy at the best price.

“The current economic climate has been testing for landlords, and we hope to help them prosper by finding them an insurance solution at a competitive price.”
