Broker Conveyancing unveils fixed price BTL remo deals

Published on

Broker Conveyancing has launched a new range of fixed-price buy-to-let remortgage conveyancing products for advisers.

The range of four products is based on its existing residential cashback remortgage range.

Advisers can choose to use either one of two firms on the Broker Conveyancing panel – O’Neill Patient or Grindeys – for the conveyancing service, and the four product options available are:

  • £299 buy-to-let fixed price – includes a £70 broker referral fee
  • £399 buy-to-let fixed price – includes a £140 broker referral fee
  • £499 buy-to-let fixed price – includes a £200 broker referral fee
  • £599 buy-to-let fixed price – includes a £270 broker referral fee.

Each fixed price covers the legal fees for the transaction plus standard disbursements, and advisers are able to recommend these products as an alternative to ‘free legals’.

At the same time, Broker Conveyancing has also updated its residential cashback remortgage product range, adding a £600 cashback/fixed price product, which includes a £300 broker referral fee, as well as upping the broker referral fee available with its £500 cashback/fixed price product, from £200 to £220.

Harpal Singh, managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “The remortgage market in general continues to drive much of the activity within the market, and in particular, in the buy-to-let sector we have seen significant increase in demand for a quality, fixed-price conveyancing product. To that end, we’ve launched these four new products – based on our residential cashback remortgage offering – which provide advisers and their clients with access to quality conveyancing at an affordable price, coupled with the opportunity for advisers to earn income from their recommendation.

“We have chosen to work with both O’Neill Patient and Grindeys as we consistently receive excellent feedback from advisers about their service, and they are widely accepted as two of the best law firms working in conveyancing today. On top of this we’ve revamped our cashback remortgage products, adding a new £600 product, and upping the referral fee on our £500 product, one of the most popular on offer amongst our registered users.

“It looks likely that remortgaging in both the residential and buy-to-let space will continue to deliver plenty of transactions throughout 2018 and beyond, and it’s therefore highly important that advisers have access to the top conveyancers at fantastic prices. If you’re an adviser that is not involved in providing conveyancing advice we would urge you to visit our website to see how we can help you enter this sector, which has the potential to deliver a significant boost to income.”
