Belmont Green to use Vida Homeloans brand

Published on

Belmont Green, the self-styled ‘challenger mortgage lender’, has confirmed it has trademarked the Vida Homeloans brand.

The lender is due to launch later in the year, and was set up by former Platform Homeloans duo David Tweedy and Guy Batchelor.

It trademarked the Vida Homeloans brand in December 2015.

Tweedy (pictured), CEO of Belmont Green, said: “We can confirm that Belmont Green Finance Limited has registered ‘Vida Homeloans’ as a trade mark and is developing the brand for use in the intermediary mortgage market.

“We are also continuing to undertake extensive research amongst intermediaries and customers to identify the product and service requirements of key segments of the UK mortgage market.”
